How can we help?

We can help with a wide range of industrial relations and employment law matters.

Our current work is heavily focused on bargaining, industrial disputes and workplace relations compliance.

We can provide end-to-end assistance throughout the enterprise bargaining process, or targeted support with particular aspects of developing your next enterprise agreement. We offer a unique combination of skills and experience combining legal services with expertise in project and change management, strategic HR and communications - good bargaining takes more than just legal services.

We offer advice and representation across a wide range of industrial relations and employment-related matters such as disputes, protected action, wage compliance and Fair Work Commission applications such as unfair dismissal and general protections claims.

We also offer employee management support across a range of areas. We can assist you to develop up-to-date, compliant contracts of employment, workplace policies and procedures. We support employers to handle complaints or grievances and can conduct workplace investigations.

Do you provide any non-legal services or other products?

We provide voting for enterprise agreements using our proprietary balloting platform and separate business unit, iVOTEr.

We also have exclusive use of CheckPay, a quick and precise underpayment analysis and calculation tool, enabling us to resolve major wage compliance matters or remediation projects more quickly and accurately than larger competitors.

Hennings Lawyers offers consulting and project management services in areas including human resources, industrial relations, wage compliance and change management. We also offer workplace investigations.

We offer a range of non-legal services, products and solutions through our in-house team and resources or through our trusted partners.
