Fair Work Commission Orders Amazon Reactivation in Significant Unfair Deactivation Decision

Following success in the extension of time proceedings before the Full Bench, the Commission has now found that Amazon unfairly deactivated Bandameeda, ordering his reactivation and the restoration of his lost pay.
